My First WOW moment!

I am 1 month post - op. down 42 lbs.

This morning I put on pants, that I wore just last week.  Last week, these pants were tight around the belly.  Well, let me say this, they are no longer tight!  Actually, as the day goes on, they are quite loose and I will not be wearing these anymore!

YAY!  I am not losing a lot on the scale, but inches are melting away.  This is simply an amazing feeling - and I am thankful that I did this. 

Thank you to those who keep my spirits up during the hard times, when I felt horrible.  I know there are more days like that to come, but one at a time!!

Awesome......This will happen a lot....One week something fits and the next your dropping your drawers.....LOL....Congrats....Enjoy yourself melting away.....:)

So many more Wows to come! Great job! I'm glad that you are able to rejoice and realize that things are changing and you are making progress even if the scale isn't moving like you "think" it "should." It's far too easy to focus on the scale early out and I'm quite impressed you have such a healthy view. (I myself was too scale focused...made things harder.)

I can't wait to hear more as you travel further along this journey. I'm maintaining and sometimes its easy to forget the path I've come down.
